• Affiliate Program Management: Manage and grow our global affiliate marketing program, using analytics and performance insights to ensure continuous revenue growth 📈
• Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key affiliate partners, leveraging industry insights to drive innovative campaigns and partnerships 🤝
• Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze performance data, using AI-powered tools where relevant to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and uncover new growth opportunities 📊
• Leadership & Team Culture: Lead by example, inspiring excellence and fostering a collaborative, data-informed culture 🎯
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to refine strategies and align affiliate marketing with broader business objectives 🌍

• Affiliate Networks & Tools: Familiarity with networks (e.g., AWIN, CJ, Webgains) and tracking tools for effective campaign management 🛠️
