We're Looking For Someone Who

• Can drive product development from concept to implementation (hardware + software + integrations).
• Is open to exploring technologies beyond software – and eager to learn about electronics and smart device systems.
• Can clearly communicate technical topics to clients, partners, and team members of different backgrounds.
  
  

📌 Please note: Good knowledge of both Latvian and English is essential for this role.

🎯 Your Responsibilities

• Support sales teams in preparing technical proposals and evaluating specifications.
• Define product configurations for specific projects, working closely with R&D and clients.
• Provide onboarding and training for partners and integrators.
• Contribute to the product roadmap with insights from customer needs and market trends.
  
  

💡 What We’re Looking For

NB: You don't need to be a hardware engineer. We're looking for someone who can bridge business and technology.

• ✅ Background in software or IT project/product management.
• ✅ Willingness to learn the basics of systems integration, electronics, and hardware-related workflows.
• ✅ Interest in IoT, system architecture, and real-world connectivity (RS485, MQTT, Modbus, TCP/IP – we’ll help you get there).
• ✅ Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
• ✅ Fluency in Latvian and English (written and spoken).
  
  

🧰 Nice To Have (but Not Required)

• Experience in industrial environments (e.g. logistics, manufacturing, smart parking).
• Knowledge of hardware installation or production processes.
• Basic understanding of firmware updates or device debugging.
