We’re seeking a Lead Backend Engineer with strong enterprise level API integration experience to lead the design of a secure, scalable enterprise API platform and shape the cloud-native backend architecture.

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years of backend engineering experience, with expertise in Python
• Proven skills in designing secure APIs (OAuth2, JWT, etc.) and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, DynamoDB) and cloud architecture (AWS).
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and observability practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with GraphQL, event-driven systems (SNS/SQS), or fintech environments.
• Exposure to front-end tech (React) or Go (Golang) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
