Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager with strong product design experience and passion building agentic systems to take ownership of our newest innovation: the Breezit AI Sales Agent (justbreezit.com). Compensation depends on experience, starting from €2,500 gross/month, plus a meaningful stock option package.

Breezit is a venture-backed startup on a mission to transform the trillion-dollar event industry. We help service providers — from event venues and photographers to DJs and planners — attract new clients, automate bookings, send quotes, collect payments, and streamline their operations. With over 20 service categories supported, Breezit allows vendors to focus on delivering unforgettable experiences while we handle the rest.

Our newest product — the AI Sales Agent — takes this even further. It helps vendors manage incoming event inquiries across phone calls, text messages, and emails, automatically qualifying leads, answering questions, scheduling tours, and driving higher booking conversions. We’ve already launched version 1, testing it with real customers planning events on Breezit.com, and multiple vendors signed up for the trial.

• Lead product strategy and execution for the Breezit AI Sales Agent
• Combine product design expertise with product management to deliver outstanding user experiences
• Own customer discovery, problem validation, and iterative development
• Conduct user interviews, design prototypes, run usability tests, and analyze product metrics
• Prioritize product improvements based on customer value and business impact

• 2+ years experience in product management, ideally in AI-powered products and / or SaaS
• Strong product design skills (Figma, user flows, UX/UI design principles)
• Customer-first mindset — you love talking to users and solving their problems
• Analytical and data-driven approach to decision making
• Entrepreneurial spirit — you thrive in fast-paced, startup environments
• Great English speaking and writing skills



• €2,500+ monthly salary (depending on experience)
