I'm supporting a fast-growing HealthTech scale-up that’s transforming surgical outcomes.

Headquartered in Europe with a global footprint, they’re entering a major growth phase - and looking for a people-first HR professional to help shape culture and support teams as they scale.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their HR career to step into a broad, business-facing role with real ownership.

You’ll work directly with team leads and leadership, helping drive people strategy, engagement, and culture in a high-growth environment.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years in a HR role
• Fluent/Professional German (essential)

What you’ll be doing:

• Advising managers on performance, development, and engagement
• Supporting employee relations, compliance, and HR operations
• Driving DEI, wellbeing, and culture-building initiatives
• Collaborating with global HR peers to scale best practices
