Role Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy NLP models to analyze text data and extract actionable insights.
• Utilize LLMs to solve real-world business challenges and create innovative AI-powered solutions.
• Perform predictive analytics to support strategic business decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and design data science workflows that align with them.
• Design and implement machine learning models using structured and unstructured data.
• Create dashboards and reports to visualize complex data for stakeholders (Power BI experience is a plus).

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, specializing in NLP, predictive analytics, and business analytics.
• Proficiency with Python or R for data analysis, machine learning, and NLP tasks.
• Experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT) and fine-tuning them for business use cases.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
