Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the PI Product Manager in developing and implementing product strategies for the CEMENA region.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to underwriters, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to make informed decisions.
  • Act as a key point of contact for underwriting referrals, offering guidance and recommendations based on in-depth knowledge of PI products and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, marketing, and sales, to enhance product offerings and drive business growth.
  • Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
  • Support the training and development of underwriting staff, sharing best practices and insights related to PI underwriting.
  • Monitor and report on product performance, identifying areas for enhancement and growth.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating product features and benefits to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and emerging risks that may impact PI products.
  • Assist in the monitoring and development of platform products

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Professional Indemnity underwriting or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of PI products and underwriting processes.
  • Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
