We have an urgent requirement for Oracle DBA is required for one of our banking client in Oman

Strong Experience of Oracle architecture and database administration to apply for this role

Strong experience in Oracle tools such as SQL*Plus, RMAN, Data Pump, OEM/Cloud Control Must to apply for this role

Strong Experience In PL/SQL And SQL Scripting Is MUST

  • Install, configure, and maintain Oracle database systems (versions [specify versions, e.g., 12c, 19c]).
  • Monitor database performance and implement changes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Perform database tuning and optimization.
  • Implement and maintain database security (create and maintain users and roles, assign privileges).
  • Plan and execute backup and recovery strategies using RMAN or equivalent tools.
  • Manage database storage including tablespaces and data files.
  • Apply patches and upgrades and ensure database compliance with industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain database documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide support for development, testing, and production environments.
  • Work closely with application developers and systems administrators to ensure high availability and reliability.
