The Position

Location: województwo mazowieckie, wielkopolskie, łódzkie

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for providing the best customer experience and delivering high quality (installation) projects. You will optimize customer business processes and implementation (new) processes of workflow, laboratory systems, ICT Platforms and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects on a strategic and operational level at customers and in line with our strategy;
  • Customer and stakeholder management;
  • Optimizing business processes;
  • Increasing the distinctive capacity of project management in the laboratory market thereby contributing to the organization and turnover objectives;
  • Guiding implementation processes of new workflow, laboratory systems and ICT Platforms
  • Assist sales and marketing team with tender opportunities;
  • Active cooperation with Network Leads and Partners for creating strategy and expertise development;
  • Works closely with all colleagues to increase the valuable customer experience, achieve mutual objectives and oversees day-to-day relationship with customers

Who you are:

  • Education: University degree;
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the project management field;
  • Knowledge of organizational aspects of hospital and/or Laboratories;
  • Proven and demonstrated experience with planning tool and associated documents;
  • Knowledge of modern Planning / Office software;
  • Experience in a service-providing position;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Analytica thinking and problem solving skills;
  • Fluent Polish and English language;
