Technical Project Manager

Cleeven is a consulting group specializing in Engineering, R&D, and IT services. We support our clients in driving innovation, enhancing R&D capabilities, and achieving operational excellence across a broad range of sectors—energy, banking, aerospace/defense, transportation, pharmaceuticals and chemicals, as well as IT and telecoms.

We are expanding and looking for technical project managers to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor in delivering projects in both R&D and industrial environments.

Your Profile

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or similar technical degree.
• You have strong communication and leadership skills.
• You have experience from leading at least one full development or industrial project from start to finish.
• You have a strong technical interest and passion for new technologies.
• You have full fluency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• PMP/PMI is preferred but not required.
• You are fluent in English (fluency in Swedish is also a plus).

As a Project manager, you’ll be part of the PMO of our clients—leading companies in energy, product development, aerospace/defence and industrial sectors. You’ll contribute and work on tasks such as:

• Managing projects in R&D, engineering and industrialisation according to different methodologies such and agile and waterfall.
• Project planning and budgeting.
• KPI and performance tracking.
• Process analysis, improvements and implementations.
• Lead team meetings and develop best practises.

The most common tools and methodologies we use on our projects in this field are:

• Project Management & Planning: MS Project, Primavera, Gantt charts, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Jira, Kanban
• Day-to-day administration: Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Methodologies: Scrum / Agile, Waterfall
