Senior Project Manager - Malta Relocation

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in civil, marine, or finishing works to join us in Malta. You will lead high-value infrastructure and development projects across the Mediterranean, including marine environments, coastal redevelopment, hospitals, public buildings, and more.

Role overview

• Oversee projects from concept to completion, covering design development, permit processes, tenders, construction supervision, contract management, and final handover
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Handle claims, contract management, and work with FIDIC contracts

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Project Management (internationally recognised)
• Licensed or warranted to practice as a Structural or Civil Engineer in an EU country or your country of origin
• Minimum 10 years of relevant post-license experience
• Proven experience managing at least one civil or infrastructure project valued at 20 million euros or more, completed in the past five years
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Clean and valid international driving license
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and travel as required

Preferred

• Experience with marine works, coastal projects, piling, quays, or land reclamation
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
• Familiarity with BIM workflows, MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools
• Background working on hospitals, high-rise, or specialised buildings

Location

On-site in Malta. Permanent, full-time role with relocation support.
