Lean Portfolio Manager / Agile Coach (Jira)

Contract – 6 Months

Up to €95 per hour (based on a 40-hour working week)

Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite in Amsterdam

We are working with a leading FinTech organisation who are looking to hire a Lean Portfolio Manager / Agile Coach to join their Business Operations Portfolio Management team. This team supports two sub-departments within the FinTech function and plays a key role in enabling effective portfolio management and Jira adoption across the department.

You will work closely with the BusOps Portfolio Manager and two Lean Portfolio Associates, supporting the wider business with portfolio planning, reporting, Jira configuration, and agile coaching initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the ongoing adoption and optimisation of Jira, including Jira Plans, Jira Structure, Confluence, and OBoard
• Build advanced Jira Plans that visualise cross-functional workstreams supporting the same initiative
• Create Confluence report templates and custom visualisation/reporting solutions tailored to stakeholder needs
• Produce instructional materials and documentation (slides, sheets, process guides)
• Provide day-to-day support for stakeholders using Jira and Confluence
• Assist with Quarterly Planning and Quarterly Business Review activities within Jira
• Maintain a Quarterly Planning checklist
• Support updates to quarterly OKRs
• Plan and facilitate meetings and workshops (agenda prep, facilitation, minute taking, action tracking)

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in international environments, ideally combining both Agile and Waterfall approaches
• Background as a Lean Portfolio Associate, Project/Program Manager, Process Analyst, or Agile Coach

Hands-on experience with:

• Jira, Jira Plans / Advanced Roadmaps, Confluence
• (Nice to have) Jira Structure and OBoard
• Strong skills in Google Slides and Google Sheets

Experience in (Lean) Portfolio Management, including:

• Demand selection, prioritisation and planning
• Portfolio roadmapping and dashboards
• Portfolio metrics interpretation
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools and technologies in a business context
