QA/QC Manager - Construction

My client is a leading construction company working on a major infrastructure project in Jonoava, Lithuania. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced QA/QC manager for the following

- Implementation of Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001:2015

- Plan, prepare, develop and update project Quality Management System, in line with Company CLient and legal requirements, mon itoring the implementation etc.;

- Supervise Project Quality activities and documents in line qith Stadards, technical specification with C_QHSE HQ interface;

- Organize and Coordinate Quality Inspectors and Controllers, monitoring of Project Quality performances including Subcontractors, ensuring improvement plans;

- Cooperate with project management to identify and monitor KPIs, assess prokìject risks and provide technical support to project organization;

- Manage the internal and external Non Conformities;

- Qualify Subcontractors, technical laboratories;

- Plan and execute internal audit within project functions, as well as to Subcontracotrs;

- Organize and develop Project documents, including operational onces, assuring the project progress, cooperating with Project Key personnel Subcontractors and Clients;

- Ensure and develop quality training program, campaigns, verifying also the effectiveness;

- Ensure Project Site Visit

Candidates should ave the following experience;

- Bachelor technical degree

- Experience as QA Manager for at least 5 years

- Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015

- Deep knowledge on technical construction progress;

- Fluent English speaking and writing;
