Context: To enhance collaborative working practices, our client is seeking a Full Stack Developer (ReactJS / NodeJS) for a consultancy mission through Keystone Solutions.

Mission Overview

The DevEx tribe is dedicated to improving software development methodologies by adopting a people-centric approach for all team members involved in the software crafting process. This tribe supports the IT organization through processes, coaching, training, technical leadership, and tooling to reinforce the end-to-end value stream of in-house Software Development.

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Developer, you will be integrated into a squad of motivated Dev Engineers. You will be responsible for developing backend services and front-end web applications using a container-based approach with Docker images and implementing CI/CD pipelines. Your role will involve:

• Applying a variety of useful skills across analysis, design, development, testing, and integration.
• Engaging in all phases of architecture—from backend to frontend—to design, develop, and support high-quality, scalable products with a DevOps mindset.
• Challenging existing solutions and investigating innovative ideas to produce creative outcomes.
  
  

Education

A Master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Languages

Fluency in French and very good knowledge of English is essential. Proficiency in Dutch is an important plus for interactions with clients, co-workers, and external partners.

Required Knowledge / Experience

• Insights into the banking or insurance sector is regarded as an asset.
• A robust development profile with experience in both frontend and backend.
• Proficiency in CI/CD processes and industry best practices.
• Demonstrable knowledge of cloud technologies.
• Significant experience working within or with Agile development teams.
  
  

Technical Experience

• Backend Development: Advanced proficiency with NodeJS, ExpressJS.
• Frontend Development: Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS.
• Cloud Technologies: Advanced skills in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform.
• DevOps Toolchain: Extensive experience with Jenkins, Gitlab, Ansible, Nexus.
• Monitoring and Service Reliability: Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana.
• Quality Tools: Experience with Fortify, Sonar, NexusIQ.
• Design Methodologies: Understanding of Domain Driven Design, Test Driven Development, Event-Driven Architecture.
• API Governance: Experience with Swagger, Swagger Codegen, API Management Platform.
• Microservice Design Patterns: Knowledge of gRPC, REST, Circuit Breaker, API Gateway.
• Experience in delivering within an Agile Scrum environment.
• Familiarity with Spotify Backstage is a plus.
