Junior IAM Engineer / Entry-Level Analyst – Cybersecurity (IGA & PAM)

Role Overview:

Join our Cybersecurity IAM team as a Junior Engineer or Entry-Level Analyst, where you'll gain hands-on experience with both Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) using SailPoint, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools such as Delinea, Thycotic, Centrify, and CyberArk. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career to build technical expertise in a fast-growing security domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the IAM team in user provisioning, access reviews, and lifecycle processes using SailPoint ISC and/or IIQ.
• Assist in basic configuration and monitoring of PAM solutions (starting with Delinea).
• Help troubleshoot access issues and respond to IAM-related incidents.
• Participate in integrations with core identity systems like Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft EntraID, and other enterprise platforms.
• Contribute to documentation, reporting, and audit support tasks.
• Learn IAM and PAM security concepts under the guidance of senior engineers.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience or recent graduation/internship in IT, security, or related field.
• Basic understanding of IAM concepts, AD/LDAP, and SQL is a plus.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Team-oriented and self-driven with strong attention to detail.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (completed, in progress, or near completion) in Engineering (BE/BTech), Computer Applications (BCA/MCA), Science (BSc), or a related field in computer science or IT.
• Equivalent work experience may also be considered

Preferred Certifications (a plus, not required):

• SailPoint, Delinea Secret Server, CyberArk, Entra ID
• ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, Savyint
• CISSP, CCSP, Certified Java Developer
