Senior Product Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with deep expertise in design systems to join our product design team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of building, maintaining, and scaling our design system and component library. You will work closely with product, engineering, and brand teams to ensure a consistent, efficient, and accessible experience across web and mobile platforms. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping the overall product vision by balancing user needs with business goals.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in product design, preferably with a focus on design systems and UI architecture,
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, tokens, etc.),
• Solid experience designing for mobile apps and responsive web platforms,
• Hands-on experience in building or expanding design systems from scratch or scaling existing ones,
• Strong collaboration skills with developers and ability to bridge the gap between design and code,
• Excellent grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout systems,
• Ability to think user-first while understanding business constraints and priorities,
• Strong communication and documentation skills,
• A portfolio showcasing design system and product design work is required.

Responsibilities:

Design System & UI Standardization

• Build, document, and maintain a robust design system and component library to ensure consistency across products,
• Define design principles, component behaviors, naming conventions, guidelines, and accessibility standards,
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible implementation of UI components,
• Promote system thinking across product and design teams and drive adoption of the system,
• Plan for scalability by extending the design system as new features, platforms, or products emerge.

Senior Product Design Ownership

• Translate product goals and user needs into elegant, intuitive, and scalable user experiences,
• Design user flows, interaction patterns, and wireframes that simplify complex problems,
• Align design strategy with business priorities to influence product direction,
• Justify design decisions using data, user insights, and business reasoning,
• Ensure visual quality and consistency across all touchpoints.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

• Mentor other designers, share knowledge, and contribute to the team’s overall design maturity,
• Actively participate in design critiques and give constructive feedback,.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product managers, engineers, data analysts, and marketing specialists.

Nice to Have

• Experience with implementing design systems in code or working alongside front-end teams (React, Flutter, etc.),
• Previous experience in sports, betting, gaming, or digital entertainment platforms is a plus.
