🚀 What You’ll Do

🔹 Design and deploy machine learning models and tailored AI solutions

🔹 Fine-tune and extend Large Language Models (LLMs), including open-source and commercial models

🔹 Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for efficient AI solutions

🔹 Develop Generative AI models for content creation, automation, and innovation

🔹 Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering

🔹 Apply traditional ML methods (decision trees, SVMs, neural networks, clustering)

🔹 Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders

🔹 Ensure high-quality AI solutions through rigorous testing and validation

🔹 Document and share technical knowledge for reproducibility

🛠 What We’re Looking For

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or similar

✔ 3+ years’ hands-on experience in ML/AI development

✔ Expertise in Generative AI (model training, fine-tuning, deployment)

✔ Experience with LLMs, both open-source and commercial

✔ Proficiency in RAG techniques and vector databases

✔ Advanced programming in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)

✔ Strong background in NLP and traditional ML methods

✔ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

✔ Knowledge of MLOps tools & practices

✔ Fluency in English — willingness to learn French

✨ Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with RLHF, prompt engineering, ethical AI, model interpretability
