Position: Back-end Developer & Lead Developer

Location: Hybrid for the first three months (working between Portugal and Saudi Arabia), transitioning to fully remote thereafter.

Responsibilities:

• Build scalable backend services, APIs and cloud services;
• Write tests to keep code reliable and secure;
• Document technical (architecture);
• Mentor and support offshore delivery teams;
• Proactively report progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of professional experience in C# and Python backend development;
• Solid background in Rightshore/distributed development models;
• Expertise in backend system architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP);
• Experience with IoT platforms.
