Full Stack Developer

Docupace is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a 100% remote role. The ideal candidate must reside in Riga, Latvia, and be willing to attend meetings and training sessions at the office as requested.

Summary of Position

:The Full Stack Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering full-stack features that drive meaningful improvements to our product and user experience using tools like Java, Python, React, Django, AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, CDK), PostgreSQL, GraphQL, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Docker. This role plays a key part in building scalable and maintainable software solutions, contributing to all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept to release. The ideal candidate is hands-on with both frontend and backend development, comfortable with fast iteration, and proactive in gathering feedback to inform feature direction. This position is instrumental in advancing the functionality, reliability, and usability of the Hubly product within the Docupace ecosystem.
