YOUR IMPACT

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will design, deploy, and automate the foundational infrastructure that supports our cloud storage platform. This role focuses on end-to-end provisioning of physical and virtual infrastructure, from server and network configuration to operating system deployment. You will play a key role in enabling both Day 1 (initial setup) and Day 2 (ongoing operations) activities, ensuring our systems are scalable, automated, and highly available.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Provision, deploy, and configure physical servers and networking components to support cloud infrastructure
• Design and implement efficient networking solutions with a focus on latency, throughput, and overall network performance optimization
• Configure and optimize bare-metal servers as well as hypervisors and management of virtual machines (VMs) across diverse hardware vendors
• Automate the provisioning, scaling, and maintenance of hardware infrastructure to ensure rapid and seamless expansion
• Contribute to the design of a cloud-like ecosystem, providing technical guidance on infrastructure strategy
  
  
  
  
  

YOU COULD BE A GREAT FIT FOR THE ROLE IF YOU HAVE

• Good knowledge of Linux systems, including customization, scripting, and system optimization
• Experience with L2/L3 networking concepts, including redundancy and load-balancing, and with performance optimization (latency, throughput)
• Familiarity with IPMI, iDRAC, and other hardware management tools
• Good scripting skills with Shell, Bash, or similar languages

• Experience with Kubernetes deployment and operation
• Knowledge of hardware supply chain, vendor management, and capacity planning
