Data Analyst

About the role:

We are looking for skilled and motivated Data Analyst with strong expertise in driving insights from data and advanced proficiency in Excel, who has 4-6 years of experience on SE/AM level. The ideal candidate should be able to transform raw data into actionable insights that derive informed business decisions. He/she will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support and reporting solutions, leveraging analytical skills and tools like VBA, Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets and deliver clear, actionable insights to support business strategies and decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce to monitor business performance.
• Design and implement data collection and analysis methodologies to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide recommendations for business improvements based on data trends.
• Automate data processes and reporting using VBA and other scripting tools to improve efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Support the integration of various data sources, including CRM systems such as Salesforce, to create comprehensive views of business performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and report issues as needed.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field (A Bachelor’s degree in any field is acceptable, as long as the candidate possesses strong data analytical skills.)
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and automating repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with VBA, Power BI, Power Automate SQL, and Salesforce Lightning Reports.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and tools.
• Understanding of business intelligence principles and best practices.
