We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Security Engineer to join our healthcare technology team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) environments, penetration testing, and Microsoft 365 security solutions, with a strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and data center operations.

- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents within the SOC environment.
- Conduct regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across healthcare systems and infrastructure.
- Implement and manage Microsoft Defender, Office 365 Security, and related Microsoft security tools.
- Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to secure healthcare applications, EHR systems, and medical devices.
- Maintain and secure data center infrastructure, ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
- Provide on-site support across multiple healthcare facilities in Abu Dhabi.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in IT Security, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- SOC operations
- Penetration testing tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nessus)
- Microsoft 365 Security & Microsoft Defender
- Healthcare IT systems (e.g., PACS, HIS, EMR)
- Data center security and operations
- Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare data protection laws and compliance standards (e.g., DHA, DOH).
- UAE Driving License and own vehicle are mandatory.
- CEH, OSCP, or similar ethical hacking certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate
