Job Summary: Product Manager for Consumer Loans is responsible for assisting in the development, launch, and management of consumer loan products for a bank. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of product development, launch, and ongoing management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of product roadmaps for consumer loan products
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify customer needs and opportunities for new product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and technology, to ensure successful execution of product development and launch
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as vendors and industry associations, to stay informed of best practices and industry trends
• Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials for consumer loan products
• Provide support to sales and customer service teams to ensure successful adoption of new products and features
• Create strategies and policies to be used in consumer loan pricing, update and continuously improve strategies and policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business administration, finance, or a related field
• Min 1 year of experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Proficiency on MS Office Tools
• SQL knowledge is nice-to-have
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
