Job Title: Cloud Security Engineer (Azure)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure to join our client. You will work closely with IT, DevOps, and compliance teams to enhance our security posture across Azure-hosted services within a regulated financial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Azure security controls (NSGs, IAM, Key Vault, Defender for Cloud)
- Ensure compliance with financial regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001)
- Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and vulnerability remediation
- Automate security monitoring and incident response using Azure-native tools
- Collaborate on secure CI/CD practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Requirements:
- Proven experience securing Azure environments in enterprise settings
- Strong understanding of financial sector security and compliance needs
- Hands-on experience with tools like Azure Security Center, Sentinel, and Microsoft Defender
- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Python) and DevSecOps workflows
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AZ-500, SC-100, CISSP, CCSP) are a plus
