As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of critical product lines — from customer experience to data infrastructure — and help shape the future of how real estate is bought and sold digitally.

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead core product initiatives across Smart Bricks’ AI engine, investment workflows, and transaction experience. You’ll drive product strategy, define roadmaps, and lead cross-functional execution to deliver delightful, intelligent, and scalable solutions.

You’ll serve as the connective tissue between engineering, design, data, and business teams — making high-quality decisions that balance vision with practicality and speed with quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive product strategy for key pillars of the Smart Bricks platform (e.g., investor onboarding, property intelligence, AI underwriting, or transaction workflows)
• Define clear goals, success metrics, and user journeys to guide execution
• Conduct user discovery, competitor benchmarking, and data-driven analysis to inform product direction
• Lead cross-functional squads through the entire product lifecycle — from idea to live and beyond
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design to prioritize effectively and ship consistently
• Translate complex real estate and financial concepts into intuitive product experiences
• Work with leadership on quarterly OKRs and contribute to long-term platform vision
• Mentor junior PMs or team members as needed, helping build a strong product culture

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in product management, ideally in a startup, proptech, fintech, or platform business
• Proven track record of owning and scaling complex digital products end-to-end
• Excellent product intuition, systems thinking, and ability to operate both strategically and tactically
• Comfortable working with agile squads and tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, Mixpanel, etc.
• Strong analytical and communication skills — able to build alignment across technical and non-technical teams
• Background or familiarity with real estate, investing, or AI/ML products is a major advantage
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action, experimentation, and impact
