R&D AND PROJECT MANAGER

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "R&D and Project Manager" located in Kocaeli/ Dilovası for a machinery manufacturing company.

General Qualifications

• Graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering,
• Minimum 8 years of experience,
• Experienced in mechatronic design and strong pneumatic knowledge,
• PLC knowledge is an asset,
• Good command of verbal and written English,
• Experienced in team management.
  
  

Job Description

• Develop R&D policies to ensure the company provides the best service and ensure that activities are conducted within these policies.
• Improve existing products based on needs or demands and introduce new products to the production portfolio.
• Prepare new prototype products that can meet industry needs in line with customer demands and technological developments.
• Create or oversee the creation of technical drawings necessary for production, and evaluate change requests to make decisions.
• Investigate and provide solutions for technical problems arising in existing products or encountered after the sale of prototypes.
• Implement initiatives to achieve quality at lower costs.
