Currently, we are looking for a passionate and energetic VAS Assistant to be based in the Operations Team. In this role, the successful candidate will ensure LSH VAS label inventory is controlled in Warehouse Management System and execute labelling activities against Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) under the guidance of LSH QA.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure GMP Housekeeping is maintained consistently during VAS activities inside production area.
• Assure only GMP trained staffs allowed inside VAS production area at any time.
• Coordinate with LSH operations and QA to initiate and schedule labelling process against label request from customer.
• Support QA for preparing labelling work instructions for new products and do amendments of current Work instructions as per customer requirements.
• Control VAS label inventory by initial counting upon receipt and update same in WMS.
• Issue accounted labels to production area and any discrepancies are escalated to LSH QA and Product manager.
• Report to LSH QA any unsafe practices / deviations identified during VAS activities inside production area.
• Assure automated machines inside production area are well maintained and records of calibration and maintenance are always in place.
• Follow general and clean room health & Safety policies as described in the H&S manual provided during induction.
• Follow QMS & GSP/ GMP guidelines consistently as trained during GXP induction and refreshers.
• Label inventory is updated monthly, and reports shared with LSH QA.
• Report label damages from production area to LSH QA and quarantine damaged labels physically and in the system with respective reason code.
• Identify any damaged or missing goods in GMP production area and record the information on the Material Discrepancy note.
• Make sure that all goods are labelled properly using appropriate labels.
• Pick - Pack ordered goods and ensure that they are in good condition.
  
  
  

Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• High School level education
• Basic computer knowledge (mainly Excel and word)
• 1-2 years of GMP production / VAS labelling experience
