Job Title: Full Stack Developer (React / Node.js | AI-Native Platforms)

Location: Bucharest or Cluj-Napoca, Romania (Remote/Hybrid/Flexible)

Salary: Up to €120,000 per annum (Permanent Role)

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and scaling AI-native web applications with a focus on performance and innovation
• Working across the stack with React and Node.js, contributing to feature-rich, complex frontends
• Integrating LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI capabilities into real-world products
• Evaluating and implementing tools to improve engineering velocity (e.g. Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
• Contributing to the early-stage development of video editing/streaming solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge features
• Solving challenging technical problems in UI architecture, real-time data flow, and scalability

Key Requirements:

• Strong modern development background with proven experience in React and Node.js
• Passion for AI-native product development and curiosity about emerging developer tools (e.g. Cursor)
• Experience integrating APIs and working with AI/LLM-powered services
• Solid understanding of frontend complexity and scalable application design
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, but not mandatory)
• Bonus: experience with video editing, real-time streaming, or similar domains
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Cluj or Bucharest, Romania
