As we scale, we're looking for an ambitious and energetic Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help shape the future of digital assets.

Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where creativity meets strategic execution? Are you a marketing generalist with a passion for tech and a knack for getting things done? If so, we want to hear from you!

The role

This is a rare opportunity to grow as a true marketing generalist in a fast-paced, international environment. You'll support and execute across the full B2B marketing spectrum - from content and social to digital, brand, PR, campaigns and events. Working closely with your team, business development, product, and external agencies, you'll help amplify our brand and build awareness internationally.

What You'll Do

  • Content & Messaging: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Sales, Legal, etc.). to create thought leadership, blog posts, social media formats, website copy, and sales collateral
  • Social Media & Digital: Help manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn and our other platforms
  • PR & Comms: Support the coordination of announcements and press outreach
  • Events: Support execution of in-person and virtual events, from planning to logistics
  • Campaigns: Assist with campaign creation and performance tracking
  • Brand Building: Help maintain a consistent, professional brand voice across all our touchpoints

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in financial services or technology (bonus: exposure to crypto or blockchain)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable creating content
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude - you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • Hands-on exposure to marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, CMS, Canva, etc.)
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, and international environment

Benefits

We are a friendly team, with monthly socials and seasonal celebrations as well as offering a range of fantastic benefits including:

  • Competitive employer contribution pension scheme
  • Private health care
  • Critical Illness cover
  • Life Insurance
  • Flexible bank holidays (can chose whether to work on bank holidays and use the leave elsewhere in the year)
