Senior Software Engineer C#/C++

The Role

We are looking for a senior software developer to join our back-end development team working on our core trade execution platform. You will be involved in the design and development of new features for our clients, maintenance and support of existing functionality, and technological improvements to ensure the system is kept up to date with advancing technology.

We work together as a team, listening to each other and continually evolving our processes to maximise our efficiency as a team and the quality of our releases. Quality is of paramount importance as correct behaviour and stability are key to our client’s business.

Responsibilities

• Design efficient and scalable implementations of new features in C++/C# in a highly concurrent environment
• Ensuring high quality and maintainable, unit tested code
• Expanding and maintaining our core execution platform and our continuous integration and automation frameworks in C++/C#
• Developing new tooling in C++ / C# / Powershell
• Assistance with client reported issues.

• C#
• Multithreaded code

Desirable:

• C++ 17 and later
• Microsoft SQL Server
