YOUR JOB

• You have a solid grasp of responsive design and know how to create layouts that work across devices and screen sizes.
• You pay close attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind.
• You are open to feedback and iterate quickly based on input from users and team members.
• You keep up with design trends, best practices, and new tools or techniques.
• You communicate your ideas clearly—both visually and verbally
• You can clearly explain why you made certain design choices and are open to hearing other ideas.
• You stay updated on the latest design trends and tools, and you're always looking to learn and grow.

Requirements to apply

• You have Proven expertise in UI/UX design, preferably with a background in a digital agency or product-based company
• You possess a Strong command of designing interactive applications, including mobile interfaces, web apps, and VR/AR experiences
• You have Demonstrated experience in creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• You possess Solid knowledge of industry-standard design tools - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects
• You have a compelling portfolio showcasing real-world work across UI/UX design, motion graphics, and visual design
• You have exposure to motion graphics for UI, explainer videos, and brand storytelling
• You possess Basic understanding of video/audio editing, including compositing, mixing, and preparing outputs for various media platforms
