Introduction

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR intern to assist our HR Admin & Payroll team with administrative and HR-related tasks. You will have the opportunity to be involved in an HR-related AI project we are currently working on.

Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Employment contract management – prepare, maintain and distribute
  • HR Archive management - maintain HR documentation („akta osobowe”)
  • Maintain and update personnel records in HR internal systems
  • Support HR Team in other ongoing and future HR projects

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Communicative English
  • Fluent Polish
  • Interest in HR
  • Enthusiasm for learning
