About the Role

We're supporting a leading pharmaceutical client in their search for a Global Project Manager to join a strategic initiative focused on enhancing content performance and insight-driven marketing across key international markets.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends project management, content operations, and stakeholder engagement in a highly collaborative global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the planning and execution of a multi-country content insights program.
• Manage timelines and deliverables across content taxonomy, tagging workflows, and campaign performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with global and local teams across marketing, MarTech, data, and compliance.
• Ensure quality governance and documentation is in place to support consistency across markets.
• Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and keep all teams aligned on priorities.
• Support rollout of training materials and adoption strategies for local markets.

Your Background

• Experience leading complex, cross-border projects within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of marketing operations, content lifecycle, or digital engagement programs.
• Proven ability to coordinate with commercial, medical, regulatory, and technology stakeholders.
• Familiarity with content platforms or tagging/taxonomy principles (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud) is a plus.
• Fluent in English, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
