Product Manager – Restorative Solutions (W/M/D)

Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and implement strategic plans for products within the restorative segment
- Manage the full product lifecycle—from initial concept development to market launch and ongoing optimization
- Partner closely with internal teams across Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Training, and Production
- Conduct thorough research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings
- Develop financial models and prepare business cases to support decision-making
- Lead and coordinate successful product introductions
- Ensure all products meet applicable regulatory and quality standards
- Build relationships with clinical experts and external collaborators
- Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for assigned product lines
- Track product performance metrics and lead initiatives for continuous improvement
Your Profile:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required; a master’s degree (e.g. MBA) is a plus
- Experience: 5–7 years of experience in product management, ideally in a regulated or technical field
- Leadership: Proven track record of driving product strategy and execution that results in measurable business impact
- Market Insight: Familiarity with healthcare technologies, customer behavior, and trends—experience with dental or medical products is advantageous
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to leverage data for strategic planning, performance evaluation, and decision-making
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams and stakeholders
- Project & Budget Management: Strong organizational skills to lead cross-functional projects and manage budgets effectively
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written) is essential
- Industry Background (Preferred): Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical device sectors is preferred but not required
- Regulatory Awareness (Preferred): Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and quality assurance standards in the medical field is a plus
