Technical Project Manager – Medical Devices

I'm currently hiring for a Technical Project Manager to join a growing team that’s building next-generation medical imaging technology. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in complex hardware and software development projects - particularly in the medical device space, to have a direct impact on a groundbreaking product.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading cross-functional development efforts across hardware, software, regulatory, and product teams.
• Managing project timelines, maintaining clear schedules, and ensuring alignment across teams.
• Acting as the central point of contact between internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Organizing and running project reviews, and reporting progress to leadership.
• Identifying risks, resolving roadblocks, and supporting teams in adjusting plans when needed.
• Ensuring thorough project documentation and consistent use of tools like Asana.
• Helping refine project workflows and collaboration processes as the team scales.

What I'm Looking For:

• Proven experience in managing complex hardware + software development projects.
• A technical background, ideally with a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid grasp of project management fundamental
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and regulatory.
• Medical device industry experience is required; MRI or medical imaging background is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 13485, FDA 510(k), or CE marking is appreciated.
• Comfortable with project management tools like Asana, with a disciplined approach to follow-up and documentation.
