Data Scientist (with AI)

You’ll work at the intersection of AI innovation and enterprise-scale implementation, driving meaningful results from concept to deployment.

What you will do

• Identify high-impact Generative AI use cases in collaboration with business and tech teams
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions using internal/external data
• Fine-tune and monitor LLMs with cutting-edge Python libraries and Azure services
• Communicate analytical insights to support strategic decisions
• Detect and resolve model/data issues like drift or discrepancies
• Help shape GenAI best practices and capability frameworks

What you bring

• 5+ years in data science with a strong business-oriented mindset
• Proven experience with LLM fine-tuning, ML lifecycle, and MLOps
• Solid grasp of Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and LLM libraries (LangChain, Promptflow, etc.)
• Hands-on expertise with Azure AI tools and cloud model deployment (CI/CD, W&B, GitHub)
• Strong skills in SQL, Power BI, Databricks
