Position: HR Operations Associate (German Speaker)
Position Summary:
We are looking for an HR Operations Associate to join our team in Zurich. This role supports global HR functions with operational tasks, system maintenance, and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to develop in a dynamic, international HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related queries, managing the shared HR inbox and resolving employee requests regarding time off, payroll, documentation, and data updates.
- Support the full employee lifecycle—including onboarding, internal changes, and offboarding—by preparing documentation and updating records in the HRIS.
- Assist with reporting and data compilation for compliance and internal audits.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data and resolve discrepancies in coordination with global HR colleagues.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistency in processes and system usage.
- Participate in internal HR projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.
- Prepare official correspondence, maintain personnel records, and support administrative HR functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in Human Resources; internship experience is also welcome.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Good foundational knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
