What you will be doing

Provide support for network equipment under the responsibility of the IT Services department of team in accordance with the ITIL methodology.

Our team is responsible for the technical architecture, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our tier 2 Datacenter, private WAN, local LAN and WLAN setups,

cloud-connect, homeworker VPNs, security technology like firewall,...

We operate 24/7 to maintain continuous service flows.

Primary Tasks and responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the network and security infrastructure, including Cisco Nexus,

F5, Infoblox, Meraki SDWan/Lan/Wlan (cloud-managed), Checkpoint FW and VPN -

Ivanti… Lan/Wan will be his specific focus in the beginning of the mission.

• Ensure incident management in a 24/7 datacenter and customer environment. (L1/l2

and L3)

• Ensure, follow-up an perform delivery of WAN/LAN/WLAN, DC and DevOps projects in

your daily operations.

• Collaborate with a team of similar profiles in the context of projects and routine

management (Run).

• Within (W)LAN WAN domain components provide support in case of incidents and/or

problems

• Automate via scripting the procedures of administration and / or operations

• Maintain the technical documentation of the domain

• Guarantee the availability, the performance and the evolution of the components of

the domain in the respect of the SLA in terms of IT security, by phone or email

• Make sure the network is available, secured and operational at all times

Technical profile requirements

• +/-5 years of experience in the aforementioned domains. A specific focus on

LAN/WAN is a plus. Experiences into cloud-Networking in prerequisite

• CISCO NEXUS VXlan is a plus

• Knowledge of Storage, Back-up

• Good experience into other described vendors/technologies

• Expert knowledge of Security Equipments ( ex.Firewall, reverse/Proxy, IDS/IPS, .. )
