Digital Coordinator

Scania Parts Logistics
Belgium · Full-time · Associate

The Challenge

As our Digital Officer, you’ll play a key role in driving our digital transformation at Scania Parts Logistics. Your mission is to identify opportunities for digital innovation, turn them into concrete projects, and support teams in making them a reality. Whether it’s AI, automatisation, or smart systems, you’ll explore what really works for us and how it can help us move future-proof.

You’ll translate our digital ambitions into concrete actions plans by developing clear project roadmaps, coordinating initiatives from start to finish, and being the go-to person between IT, the business, and our external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the company’s digital strategy by identifying innovation opportunities, improving workflows, monitoring tech trends, and gathering best practices.
  • Translate innovation opportunities into projects by developing implementation roadmaps, creating plans, monitoring budgets and priorities, and connecting IT, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Build digital awareness and skills by leading campaigns and collaborating with HR on training and workshops.
  • Coordinate and support project execution by managing project progress, supporting teams, monitoring scope, promoting adoption, tracking KPIs, and regularly reporting to steering committees and senior leadership.
  • Coordinate stakeholders by bridging technical and business teams, facilitating collaboration with external suppliers, and maintaining strong partnerships throughout project lifecycles.
  • Facilitate adoption by supporting implementation teams and key users, helping to address resistance, and encouraging a digital-first mindset across departments.

Your talents

  • You hold a bachelor or master degree in Economics/Business Engineering and have 3-5 years of experience in digital transformation or innovation projects.
  • You have a strong interest in innovation and digital technologies, with a proactive mindset and a clear focus on how they can create real business impact.
  • A structured and hands-on approach to project management — you know how to move from idea to execution, keeping scope, timing, and impact in mind
  • You’re a strong communicator who enjoys connecting people and engaging a broad network around a shared digital vision
  • With your leadership and coordination skills you know how to engage others, create buy-in, and motivate teams to embrace new ways of working.
