Back End Developer

Requirements:

Core Skills:

• 4–5+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python or 1+ year of hands-on experience with Golang
• Ability to write clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code

Technologies & Infrastructure:

• Docker: image creation, container lifecycle, versioning, deployment
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes
• Git/GitLab version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Working knowledge of Linux and basic bash commands
• Good understanding of microservices architecture (encapsulation, communication, logging, tracing, metrics)

Data Handling:

• Experience with:
• SQL databases: PostgreSQL
• NoSQL / analytics storage: ClickHouse, Elasticsearch (basic knowledge)
• Caching: Redis

Other Knowledge:

• Web services and communication: HTTP, gRPC, Protocol Buffers
• Basic networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS
• Testing: unit, functional, integration
• Experience with production systems
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Nice to Have:

• Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, etc.)
• Experience with cloud providers: AWS, Azure, OpenStack
• Exposure to Kafka, Grafana, Linux internals, Bash scripting
• Understanding of distributed systems

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, refactor, and troubleshoot backend features and services
• Build robust REST/gRPC APIs and backend tools
• Design and work with relational and non-relational databases
• Implement secure and efficient data handling practices
• Collaborate with UI, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver fully integrated solutions
• Write technical documentation and ensure proper test coverage
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Python/Golang development
• Contribute to monitoring and performance optimization in production environments
