Your Tasks

The Head of Cybersecurity oversees the following areas:

• You ensure proper staff, training and technologies that support IT / OT cybersecurity.
• You manage activities of the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Cybersecurity Architecture teams.
• You develop of security concepts, policies, and best practices for on-premise and cloud applications
• You ensurethat WEPA security standards, procedures and policies are strictly enforced.
• You evaluate current global threat intelligence to ensure proper risk mitigation.
• You continuously analyse, monitor and identify relevant threats.
• You test security measures and remediate identified vulnerabilities / threat hunting.
• You work with Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) to ensure risks to information and data security are defined, measured, and mitigated.
  
  

Your Profile

• Qualification: 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role
• Experience and Know-how:
• Solid understanding of information technology
• Capability to deal with Global Providers and Senior Stakeholders
• Strong empathic approach
• Relationship builder inside and outside the respective function with a strong Internal Customer orientation
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Languages: Very good English skills
• Working: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
