Project Manager

📣 We’re hiring a Health Project Manager to join my clients based in Abu Dhabi.

We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager with solid experience in establishing laboratories across the UAE, from concept and design to full operational fit-out and delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who’s managed end-to-end lab establishment projects and understands the unique challenges of healthcare infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and high-speed execution.

What you’ll be doing:

🔹 Leading end-to-end project management for complex, high-priority initiatives

🔹 Creating detailed project plans (scope, timeline, budget, resources)

🔹 Applying project methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, PMP frameworks

🔹 Managing risks, changes, and issues with clear mitigation plans

🔹 Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners

🔹 Reporting to leadership with clear updates and performance metrics

🔹 Driving innovation and supporting digital transformation

🔹 Conducting post-project reviews to enhance future project delivery

What we’re looking for:

✅ Proven experience establishing COVID-19 labs or similar high-priority medical labs in the UAE

✅ MUST have experience managing laboratory projects across the UAE

✅ Background working with multiple lab providers or healthcare networks is a plus

✅ 10+ years’ experience in managing large-scale projects

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related

✅ PMP certified (Agile/Scrum certs a bonus)

✅ Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills

✅ Hands-on with tools like MS Project, Asana, Jira, etc.

✅ Proven ability to deliver results under pressure
