Key Responsibilities

  • Champion User-Centered Design: Advocate for the user throughout the entire product development process, ensuring their needs and pain points are addressed.
  • Create Intuitive and Visually Appealing Interfaces: Design user interfaces for web and/or mobile applications that are both aesthetically pleasing and easy to use.
  • Develop Design Concepts: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and iterate on solutions.
  • Conduct User Research: Plan and conduct user research activities, such as user interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product vision and business goals.
  • Maintain Design Consistency: Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
  • Stay Ahead of Design Trends: Continuously research and explore new design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the user experience and push creative boundaries.
  • Iterate and Improve: Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs to optimize user satisfaction and engagement.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a focus on SaaS products or cloud-based applications.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating a user-centered design approach.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user interface design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus : Experience with front-end development (Flutter) or animation tools.
