What daily challenges are waiting for you?

• Analyze data to understand user behavior, identify trends, and inform product decisions.
• Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap, aligning initiatives with company goals and market demands.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed, prioritized, and communicated.
• Focus on optimizing key e-commerce marketplace functionalities, which may include: buyer experience & platform health.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to validate hypotheses and optimize features.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Legal, Payments) and the development team.
  
  

What you need to be successful in this role?

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an e-commerce, marketplace, or SaaS environment.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and user experience best practices for online marketplaces.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with A/B testing and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Product board).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
• Passion for gaming and a general understanding of the digital games and software market is a significant plus.
