Senior DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for an Senior DevOps Engineer to join one of our clients based in the health insurance industry.

Locations:

• NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, WA

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, building, deploying, and supporting the cloud and data infrastructure.
• Prioritising tasks and managing workloads effectively.
• Ensuring solutions align with integration best practices.
• Collaborating with business teams to achieve desired outcomes.
• Playing a key role in project teams, using agile development frameworks.
• Working with stakeholders to define project requirements and set priorities.

Essential Skills and Experience:

1. Strong hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and services.
2. Proven experience in implementing DevOps practices, tools, and continuous delivery pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Artifactory, Jira).
3. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
4. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
5. Ability to write moderately complex code in multiple languages, such as Python, JavaScript, and Golang.
6. Knowledge of containerisation, cluster deployment, and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
