About The Role

As Manager, Information Technology focused on Project Management you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, monitoring and closure on all tactical IT projects whether IT or business initiated. Delivery of consistent IT support services to Atlantis Dubai and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders are major areas of focus in this role.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Coordination of all Operational and Capital Expense budgets required for IT projects and forecasting them accordingly with the IT Director
• Thorough assessment of third party vendors during the selection process of implementing any IT projects
• Facilitating meetings with all project stakeholders and champions to align with the project plan, requirements, project progress and highlight any risks
• Providing additional support to leadership, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that the IT projects are executed without interruptions
• Ensuring the projects are carried out based on approved standards of hardware and software and the IT Operations team is aligned to achieve the necessary infrastructure and performance standards
  
  

About You

We are looking for candidates with a diploma in Computer Science or related field and 3-5 years’ experience working in a similar role with exposure to project management and implementation. Having PMP certification is not mandatory but will be an advantage. To succeed in this role you should have experience overseeing budgets and expenses, be comfortable working in a pressurized environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong understanding of IT processes, IT service delivery and Project Management are crucial competencies in this position.
