We’re looking for a Product Coordinator who gets the product and keeps the work flowing. You’ll manage tasks, structure the backlog, gather requirements, and coordinate with devs to estimate and deliver work on time. You’ll make sure everything’s clear, tracked, and moving — from business input to shipped features. If you're organized, proactive, and good at turning plans into action, let’s talk 💬

We offer a B2B contract with a competitive salary range of 9 000 - 13 000 net PLN (+ additional vacations & sick days), depending on your experience.

We are working from our office in Warsaw, which provides the core environment for our work. You have the flexibility to work remotely twice a week.🌍

Your responsibilities include

• Understanding the product and its business context
• Managing the backlog and day-to-day tasks in project management tools (e.g. Jira)
• Gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into actionable tasks
• Coordinating with developers on task estimation, planning, and delivery Keeping track of task progress, timelines, and dependencies
• Supporting formal coordination between business and development teams
• Taking care of BAU (Business As Usual) task flow and ensuring continuity
• Bringing clarity and structure to the entire delivery process — from idea to release
  
  

We're Looking for Someone With:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (Product Coordinator / Project Assistant / Junior PM), ideally in tech or fintech environments
• Experience working with task/backlog management tools (e.g. Jira)
• Ability to collect, structure, and document requirements clearly
• Understanding of software development processes and technical constraints Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• High level of ownership and proactive attitude
• Good communication skills — both with business and technical teams

• SQL
• Experience scaling products from MVP to market-fit
• Experience with crypto, payments, or regulated industries
