Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models to solve complex business challenges
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained language models (LLMs) for domain-specific use cases
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for training and inference workflows
• Implement model deployment strategies and monitor performance in production
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions
• Evaluate, test, and iterate models to improve accuracy and performance
• Stay updated on the latest research and trends in AI, ML, and NLP

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models
• Strong Python programming skills; hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Proficiency with transformer-based architectures and LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon)
• Understanding of model optimization methods (quantization, pruning, distillation)
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD workflows, and model serving techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Experience with Vision-Language Models (VLMs) and multimodal learning
• Hands-on knowledge of embedding techniques, vector databases, and semantic search
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments
• Knowledge of cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform)
• Background in industrial or enterprise AI applications
