As a Data Analyst you will join our Transformation & Analytics Department within Compliance Division and you will have the chance to drive compliance initiatives and achieve new goals together with a fantastic Pan-Baltic team of experts and personalities.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct basic to advanced data analysis using SQL, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and KNIME to support anti-financial crime and compliance efforts.
• Regularly assess and optimize existing data solutions, addressing inconsistencies to enhance data quality and performance.
• Analyze business processes, anticipate requirements, and design solutions to improve compliance and mitigate financial crime risks
• Use data-driven insights to identify potential financial crime risks and suggest proactive improvements
• Stay current with industry trends and new technologies, applying best practices to automate and enhance compliance systems
• Work effectively with team members, bringing energy and commitment, and provide support by stepping in for colleagues when needed
  
  
  

What We Expect: 

• Proficiency in performing data analysis from basic to advanced levels using SQL, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, KNIME and/or Python
• Ability to leverage data to solve problems, make recommendations, and proactively identify financial crime risks
• A proactive approach to identifying inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement in data solutions, ensuring high-quality performance and reliability
• Strong business process management skills to evaluate, anticipate requirements, and continuously enhance compliance and anti-financial crime solutions
• A commitment to staying informed on industry trends and technological advancements, with a focus on modernizing and automating data solutions in compliance and anti-financial crime
• Effective team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the flexibility to take on various tasks and substitute team members when needed
