About the position: The Product Manager will develop a competitive product line PC Accessories with great features to maximize margins. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating product categories, defining requirements, managing inventory, and setting prices. The role also involves overseeing product testing, production, marketing communications, and launching new products.

Job Purpose: Drive market research, root to market plan (RTM), product development, and introduction, ensuring adherence to specifications, competitive pricing proposition, managing inventory, and validating the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) in marketing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Market analysis (global tendency, local market leaders, shares. products, positioning)
  • Direct and indirect Vendor negotiation for better price, spec, terms
  • Product Road map planning based on market analysis and vendors and suppliers’ communications
  • ASBIS offices communications - (mission, vision. products. sales- leads. plans)
  • Sales forecast collection and sales planning
  • Supply Chain control and purchase planning to the vendors
  • Inventory management and control
  • Delivery control - targeting ROCA increase for each batch
  • Budgeting (finance, sales, expenses)
  • Product marketing of products
  • New product launch preparation
  • China team communication and participation in project management
  • Price policy communication and monitoring of RRP in all countries


Requirements:

  • A solid background (3 and more years) in related product lines, technical features, and effective communication of product value.
  • Proficiency in understanding the dynamics of the manufacturing landscape.
  • Experience in OEM development within the technology industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in managing end-to-end sales processes.
  • Exposure to international markets, particularly understanding dynamics in specific target markets.
  • Ability to devise and execute strategic business plans aligned with international expansion goals.
  • Cultural adaptability for diverse global markets.
  • Proven relationship-building skills conducive to international business growth.
  • Proficiency in market research, analysis, and capitalizing on emerging international market opportunities.
